POLICIES

PRIOR TO BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENT WITH COVE STUDIOS, PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BELOW.

  • Booking any service will require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit (unless otherwise told). This will go towards the total cost of your service.

  • This deposit covers the appointment booked. If you need to reschedule, this deposit will only cover a one-time appointment change. If you no-show, the deposit will be kept and a new appointment and new deposit will be required.

  • If you are late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule for another date.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be kept and you will be required to pay 50% of the service price before you can rebook.

  • 24-hour notice is required if you wish to change or reschedule your appointment.

  • NO children are allowed in the appointment.

  • Aftercare instructions will be given to you after your appointment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. If you lose your aftercare sheet or wish to read up on aftercare prior to your appointment, please check out our aftercare page.
